Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Omnichannel Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, driving sales growth, and increasing client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our company values, news, and product characteristics to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Achieve established sales objectives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
  • Provide excellent service, advise, and sell products, creating a unique and exclusive experience for customers.
  • Represent our brand as an ambassador, ensuring a consistent and unforgettable shopping experience at all times.
  • Attract new clients, increase loyalty, and enhance brand awareness among consumers.
  • Implement and maintain visibility and merchandising strategies, adhering to our brand's signature image.
  • Proactively participate in point-of-sale activities, including stock control, inventory management, and promotional actions.
  • Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation within established deadlines.
Requirements
  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University degree (a plus).
  • English upper-intermediate (B2) language proficiency.
  • Training in cosmetics and makeup (a plus).
