About Babel Profiles S.L

We are a dynamic and multicultural company based in the suburbs of Barcelona, specializing in independent eyewear. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize visits to our client installations for national and international clients, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Coordinate group visit scheduling with representatives and managers from each area, fostering effective communication.
  • Plan travel and accommodations for clients, guaranteeing comfort and convenience.
  • Provide support in event organization, contributing to the success of our brand.
  • Manage administrative and billing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a tour guide or in similar positions is highly valued, demonstrating your ability to adapt to diverse environments.
  • Preference for education in Tourism or Translation and Interpreting, showcasing your expertise in cultural exchange.
  • Proactivity and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients, are essential for success in this role.
  • Positive attitude and motivation to tackle new challenges, creativity in problem-solving, and resilience in the face of difficulties are highly desirable traits.
  • Native level of Spanish, full professional level of English, French, German, and Italian are required, ensuring effective communication with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
