Key Responsibilities- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation to deliver features that enhance our CRM Marketing capabilities.
- Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of data management principles, including data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business units and the development team to facilitate project planning and coordination efforts.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to project milestones.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Significant years experience as a business analyst or junior product owner.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management for Salesforce Marketing Cloud global rollouts in a multi-country multi-brand environment.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data mapping, and database concepts.
- Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Attention to detail in documenting technical specifications and data-related workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business units and the development team.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.
- Experience working within project timelines and delivering on project milestones.
- Experience using data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.
- Awareness of data privacy regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance in data-related activities.
