Job OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our Product department in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and B2B online marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, reviewing portfolios, sales performance, and offers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage client complaints with the TTOO and other internal departments, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- IT System Support: Provide support to hoteliers using our IT system, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing disruptions.
- Famtrips and Special Requests: Organize Famtrips and assist with their execution, managing special requests from the TTOO and coordinating these needs internally.
- Contract Management: Support the contract manager in maintaining contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Business Intelligence: Contribute to Yield Management, Product Management, Revenue Management, and the setup of sales and internal Business Intelligence reports/statistics.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in DMC/Incoming or Hotel chain.
- Degree in Tourism or similar field.
- Good level of English and good level of Spanish required; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills between providers and clients.
