Serra Hunter Programme: Tenure-Eligible Lecturers and Associate Professors

We are seeking highly qualified candidates for tenure-eligible lecturer and associate professor positions in various fields of study within sciences, life sciences, medical and health sciences, social sciences, engineering and architecture, and arts and humanities.

Qualifications
  • PhD in a relevant field
  • Excellent record of publications in good venues
  • International exposure and participation in competitive research projects
  • Teaching experience

Benefits
  • Fixed-term full-time contract for up to six years for tenure-eligible lecturers
  • Permanent full-time contract for associate professors
  • Annual starting salary: 37,553.42 euros for lecturers and 41,438.62 euros for associate professors
  • Health, retirement, and unemployment benefits
  • Research funding: 5,000 euros at the start of the contract and 5,000 euros after three years
Selection Process

The selection process consists of two steps: an international call and a competition at the university.
