About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to join our Clinic Agenda team at Docplanner. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and scaling our Clinic Agenda project in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Clinic Agenda Project in Spain, ensuring that the project team adheres to all standards and defined global processes.
  2. Understand the Business by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics, and then use this information to lead initiatives in the country.
  3. Engage with Stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with overall business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, updates, and queries.
  4. Ensure Playbooks are Updated and information is available for everyone.
  5. Collaborate with Project Managers in other countries, sharing and implementing best practices.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in leading operations projects, with involvement in the customer success and sales environment.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
  3. Experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with strong organizational skills to bring structure.
  4. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills.
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
