Job Description

The Project Manager for Clinic Agenda will play a pivotal role in our organization, managing a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects in Spain. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Clinic Agenda project in Spain, ensuring that project team is adhering to all standards and defined global processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Clinic Agenda project in Spain and ensure that project team is adhering to all standards and defined global processes.
  • Understand the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics, and then use this information to lead initiatives in the country.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with overall business objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, updates, and queries.
  • Ensure playbooks are updated and information is available for everyone.
  • Team with Project Managers in other countries, sharing and implementing best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in leading operations projects, being involved in the customer success and sales environment is a must.
  • Excellent in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations, and hands-on in implementing them.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and have organizational skills to bring structure.
