Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that support our marketing goals and enhance our brand visibility.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the digital health and fitness industry to secure media coverage and promote our company's story.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling stories that help establish Virtuagym as a thought leader among its target audiences.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect and manage our brand reputation in times of controversy or crisis.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and media coverage, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in PR and Communications, either in-house or in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the digital health and fitness industry, including current trends and media landscape.
- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
- German, Spanish, or Dutch is a huge plus.
- Self-starter with excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to engage prospects.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- B2B and SaaS experience is a plus.
- Analytical and data-driven with an openness to change course as needed based on consistent measurement and tracking.
