**Job Summary**

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation and distribution activities at a national level, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate transportation and distribution activities, including door-to-door, full truckloads, dedicated deliveries, and high-tech transport.
  • Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in our transportation operations.
  • Monitor carrier performance relative to on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Lead shipment discrepancy investigation and freight claim coordination with carriers.
  • Coordinate import and export activities, including customs management and tariff code processing.
  • Negotiate transport rates with carriers and manage dedicated fleets.
  • Prepare spot prices and quotations for our business units.
  • Provide customer support and coordinate logistics of shipments.
  • Support internal business units and customers with after-sales claims and KPI reporting.

**Requirements**

  • 1+ years of experience in logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, planning, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to pull data from databases and perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic with strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
