Job Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Finance Consultant to lead complex SAP implementations within the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our team, you will guide clients in optimizing their financial operations and ensuring compliance while integrating with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA) within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Work closely with clients in the pharmaceutical industry to gather business requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, managing integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure thorough understanding of SAP FI solutions, focusing on industry-specific needs.
  • Provide expert support during testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP FI-related issues and provide post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA FI advancements and guide clients in applying these innovations to their pharmaceutical operations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
  • 5-9 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep understanding of SAP FI processes (GL, AP, AR, AA) and their integration with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to design tailored solutions to meet pharmaceutical client needs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Onsite presence required: 20%, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining time.
