Lead Complex SAP Implementations in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Finance Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI modules within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting, to optimize financial operations and ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, managing integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure thorough understanding of SAP FI solutions, focusing on industry-specific needs.
  • Provide expert support during testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP FI-related issues and provide post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA FI advancements and guide clients in applying these innovations to their pharmaceutical operations.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep understanding of SAP FI processes and their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to design tailored solutions to meet pharmaceutical client needs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Onsite presence required: 20%, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining time.
