**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Agile Support team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the collaboration between our Spanish Sales team and the broader support organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proactively assist your local sales team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and resolve tickets related to product-related questions, providing expert-level support to our customers.
  • Attend internal team meetings and customer meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • Daily onsite presence in Madrid.
  • Ability to work mostly in evening shifts.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer-oriented role, such as customer service, technical support, or a similar field.
  • Full professional verbal and written working proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
