Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Consumer Lines Portfolio Manager to join our team at Chubb. In this role, you will be responsible for managing current Consumer Lines programmes (A&H, IPL & Travel) to maximize the portfolio value and customer revenue as well as retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support implementation of new programmes by collaborating with UW, Claims, Ops, Delivery Management & BDM.
  2. Work closely with Senior Account Manager to ensure that Partnerships contribute to the overall Iberia performance and strategy.
  3. Responsible for managing the portfolio and relationships with new partners.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Chubb.
  5. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from Partnerships (meeting Growth, Product enhancement Plan and Renewal Goals).
  6. Manage all internal processes: legal, claims, underwriting, operations, IT, to manage the portfolio and implement new partnerships.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for key Partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  8. Manage sales, premium booking, and profitability. Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
  9. Control Marketing Campaign, analyze MK campaign results according to our MK assumptions (Volumes & Performance KPIs), and create plans for growth and improvement.
  10. Support and actively collaborate with BDM and Delivery Management in the implementation process for new Partnerships.

Qualifications:

  1. 4-5 years (at least 3) in the Insurance industry, preferably from Travel, Affinity, and IPL.
  2. Advanced in English (C1).
  3. University graduate.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
