Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Backend Developer to join our team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing projects using PHP and Symfony. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement projects based on technological solutions to address business challenges.
  • Migrate non-scalable and untestable code to best practices.
  • Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure for both production and development environments.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to comprehend automation requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with PHP 7+ and Symfony 4+.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
  • Solid knowledge of hexagonal architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience in working with unit testing, TDD, and ATDD.
  • Experience in working with event-driven architecture and event sourcing.
  • Familiarity with legacy PHP applications and their refactoring.
  • Proficiency in designing REST APIs.
  • Excellent team player with leadership qualities.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Willingness to learn TypeScript, GraphQL, and Elasticsearch.
  • Desire to advance within the company and take on leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure.
