Join Our Mission

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Grid Codes Engineer to join our Grid Code Solutions department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring grid connection market compatibility of our new turbines, developing analytics tools for grid code evaluations, and representing our company in grid forums.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop grid performance concepts and ensure market transparency
  • Identify grid relevant product requirements and ensure corresponding commitments
  • Develop analytics tools for grid code evaluations and assessments
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure the entire value chain is considered
  • Represent our company in grid forums and influence future regulations
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly experienced professional with a master's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field, with a focus on power engineering or grid connection. You should have at least 10 years of working experience in the renewable energy industry, excellent English language skills, and experience with PSCAD, DigSilent, and/or Matlab.
