About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as a Digital Innovation Expert. As a key member of our Strategy Unit, you will play a crucial role in promoting the digital transformation of our company, inspiring internal and external stakeholders, and driving the creation of digital engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote digital transformation and innovation across the organization
  • Develop and implement digital engagement strategies for allocated customer groups and product owners
  • Measure the impact of digital activities and define standard metrics for assessing return on investment
  • Integrate multi-channel metrics into business reports and ensure omni-channel actions based on customer profiles
  • Explore and experiment with digital innovation to improve engagement models and digital health solutions
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Desirable Master in e-Business or Marketing
  • High level of English
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital environments and omnichannel project management
  • Specific knowledge of the area of expertise for which you have been hired
  • Knowledge and experience in creating, implementing, and monitoring multi-channel digital projects
