Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Lift Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing technical tasks, including heavy lifts and special onsite works, to ensure the smooth operation of our wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-defined technical tasks, including heavy lifts and special onsite works, to ensure the smooth operation of wind turbines.
  • Support SGRE regions remotely and onsite, and provide 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
  • Contribute to or conduct the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
  • Adhere to defined processes and applicable regulations.
  • May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.

Requirements

  • Technical education in electromechanical area.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wind energy and heavy lifts works.
  • Good communication skills with a medium command of English (B1-B2 level); Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • An open mind-set willing to join an international environment and interested in joining an intercultural team.
  • Skills and competences on continuous improvement, initiative and proactivity, creativity, communication and dialogue, loyalty and integrity, responsibility and commitment.
  • Experience working with the Office Package.
  • Qualifications and experience working with Legacy Gamesa machines: G4X, G5X, G8X, G9X.
  • Also qualification in: SG2X, SG3X, SG4X, SG5X.
  • GWO trainings.
  • Being able to international travels.
