Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Opportunities: Identify and secure new customer wins for the company, while maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager.

Communicate Value Propositions:

  • Align solutions with customer business goals and IT initiatives, utilizing strong solution-selling techniques to present company value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and scenarios, demonstrating both the technical and business value of solutions.

Provide Technical Overviews:

  • Offer product insights to address customer needs and scenarios, demonstrating both the technical and business value of solutions.
  • Conduct quick assessments for technical feasibility, ensuring accurate implementation requirements and pricing projections for customers.

Increase Customer Success:

  • Deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer adoption, focusing on technical feasibility and alignment of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a Level 300 knowledge of the company's Cloud offerings.

Continuous Learning & Expertise:

  • Achieve relevant certifications (minimum Fundamentals, L200 preferred).
  • Stay informed on the latest cloud developments and competitor offerings.

Training & Support:

  • Act as the main technical contact for the telesales team, providing group and one-on-one training across the center on areas of expertise.
  • Meet Sales & Operational Targets: Exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native Danish speaker with B2-level proficiency in English.
  • Experience in solution selling, cloud-based solutions, or a technical role is advantageous.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Fundamentals-level certification in Microsoft Cloud is required, with L200-level certification preferred.

Sales Skills:

  • Strong technical sales acumen, customer engagement abilities, and familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Proven ability to provide technical solutions and customer-focused service.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience conducting presentations and technical demonstrations.
