Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Technical Research and Development team. As a Senior Business Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for transforming business requirements into IT solution design specifications, ensuring that solutions meet customer expectations while maintaining safety, reliability, scalability, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business process analysis and design to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Project Management: Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects, and develop comprehensive requirement specifications to determine cost, time, and resources required.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that relevant requirements are identified and incorporated into solution design.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that implemented solutions meet quality standards and are fit for purpose.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Pharma or IT Industry, with 8+ years of experience in the Lab IT domain.
- Skills: Expert understanding of business process analysis and design, system architecture concepts, and GXP, 21CFR Part 11, and the CSV lifecycle.
- Knowledge: Expert knowledge of Lab systems, including LIMS systems and Chromatography systems, and ability to solve complex business process/information challenges.
