Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Sales Strategy Trainee to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As a Global Sales Strategy Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of strategic industries and segments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase group-related revenues through analysis and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver change throughout the organization and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to provide input and recommendations on marketing activities and ensure they are targeted and performance-assessed.
  • Monitor market share performance and stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in workgroups to support the transformation teams with knowledge transfer and assist in evaluating channel and intermediary performance.
  • Support reviewing key KPIs and CRM systems to ensure standards of entry and data analysis support the company's strategy.
  • Ensure relevant strategic industry SOPs are in place for departments and sales teams, and review and suggest changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with another European language a plus.
  • Good communication and social skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to align with company initiatives.
