Job Title: Lead Consultant

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic team? We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant to join our team at W Electric Spain.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our global contracts team, supporting our sales efforts in Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for preparing innovative and market-responsive contract terms and conditions, analyzing and advising on commercial, legal, and technical risks, and developing recommendations for contracting and negotiation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales activities with assigned business partners
  • Analyze complex customer contracting requirements to assess commercial, legal, and technical risks
  • Develop and implement intellectual property and proprietary information provisions
  • Close collaboration with the Legal and Compliance team and business partners
  • Interface with Global Supply Chain Solutions employees to identify flow-down requirements
  • Support supplier negotiations on flow-down requirements
  • Assist business partners with developing risk mitigation responses
  • Perform final reviews of contract documents to support order acceptance
  • Advise on authorized personnel to sign contract documents
