We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Global Accounting Delivery (GAD) team as a Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing PTP processes, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of PTP processes
- Interface with Volvo Cars entities in the EMEA region and the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team
- Perform issue resolution and analysis of inquiries related to PTP processes
- Focus on self-billing invoice processes for direct materials and support indirect material processes
- Manage supplier inquiries, approve invoice payment proposals, and perform PTP period end activities
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, account reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation
- Provide phone support for supplier calls and problem-solve escalated tickets
- Experience in Purchase-to-Pay processes in an international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks with a positive mindset
- High integrity and strong work ethic
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written; other languages a plus
