Main Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Support Managers in engaging with clients to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Implementation and Go-Lives: Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Daily Functional Support: Offer daily functional support to teams, ensuring the successful delivery of payrolls.
- Client Solution Workbook: Maintain the Client Solution workbook, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Defined Work Instructions (DWIs): Update, maintain, and enforce DWIs and other process documentation, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- System Maintenance Testing: Ensure and sign off system maintenance testing, guaranteeing system stability.
- Statement of Works: Review the Statement of Works before sharing with clients, ensuring its fit for purpose.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical and functional issues escalated from the team, ensuring all system issues and defects are reported correctly.
- Automation and Innovation: Collaborate with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs.
- Legislation Roadmap: Manage the legislation roadmap, ensuring the team is upskilled in upcoming changes and processes are updated where needed.
- Year-End Support: Provide support during year-end processing.
- Confidentiality and Security: Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information, adhering to ALIGHT Security Standards.
- Upsell Opportunities: Proactively identify upsell opportunities, driving business growth.
- Client Escalations: Support Management in resolving client escalations, along with lessons learned.
- Team Development: Upskill and develop team members through training delivery and coaching, enabling them to fulfill their roles.
- Time Recording: Complete time recording accurately and on time.
- Team Meetings: Contribute to team meetings, raising any issues immediately to the Operations Manager.
- HR Announcements: Ensure you are up to date with all ALIGHT HR announcements and communications.
- Relationship Building: Build good relationships with all lines of business where appropriate.
- Project Participation: Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Security and Compliance: Adhere to all Security and Compliance procedures.
- Customer SLA: Attain 100% of customer SLA agreements.
- Quality Standards: Adhere to quality standards.
- Innovation Adoption: Adopt innovation initiatives.
- Client Escalations Reduction: Reduce client escalations through knowledge transfer to both the client and payroll team.

Requirements:
Professional/Job Experience:
- Payroll Knowledge: Strong knowledge of various inputs and outputs, such as third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other key areas that integrate with payroll.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- MS Office Tools: Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently, while adhering to processes and procedures.
Education and Training:
Essential:
- Business-Related Field: BA/BS in a business-related field, such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Payroll Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience administering payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate environment.
- Payroll Expertise: Expert knowledge on payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation.
Desirable:
- HRIS Knowledge: HRIS knowledge, including Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft, is preferred.
- Payroll Certifications: Payroll certifications are desirable.
