Job Title: Operations Director - Private Label Beverage Division

About Us:
Frank Group, Inc is a leading company in the beverage industry, known for our innovative approach to product development and marketing. We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our private label beverage division.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:
As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of our private label beverage business. This includes developing and executing strategies to achieve annual volume and profit objectives, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute plans to achieve annual volume and profit objectives
* Manage budgets and forecast revenue and expenses
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability
* Collaborate with Marketing and Innovation teams to develop new products and marketing campaigns
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in operations or management role in the beverage industry
* Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
* Experience with budgeting and forecasting
* Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the beverage industry
