Job Summary:

This position is responsible for developing and testing formulations in the R&D Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include executing experiments, analyzing data, and documenting formulation processes in a lab notebook. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for making adjustments to formulas as quality checks indicate and recording results, performing calculations, and preparing technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform audits on equipment as needed
