We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Nordex Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects for new technologies and wind turbine concepts to be available for future product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology projects with a high level of technical expertise, covering all aspects of wind turbine generators.
- Professionally control project targets, quality, time, and cost.
- Support departmental tasks such as budgeting, project planning, and knowledge transfer.
- Communicate and interact with cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, experts, and managers of various levels.
- Prepare decision proposals for management in the context of business strategy decisions.
- Regularly report to engineering management, product strategy, and the board.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, science, or equivalent.
- Complementary training in project management, cost estimation, and basics of economics.
- Profound knowledge of wind turbine technology.
- Professional experience in technical project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in problem-solving, overcoming obstacles, and providing practical solutions for challenging and complex problems.
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work in international teams.
- Fluency in English.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management of technically challenging and complex projects in an industrial environment.
- Availability to travel.
