Senior EU Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced EU Project Manager to join our team at Sploro. As a key member of our international projects team, you will play a crucial role in supporting entrepreneurship and building strong links among innovation ecosystems in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute Horizon Europe projects in which Sploro is an active partner.
- Monitor project deliverables and participate in consortium meetings.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Represent Sploro at international networks and fora, including startup events and regional fora.
- Participate in the creation of open calls for proposals under our Horizon Europe running projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working as a project manager for Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe projects.
- Strong writing skills.
- English is a must (C1 ideal).
- Project management certificates (PMP, PM2, Agile, etc.).
- Prior experience with Horizon 2020 and/or any other EU funding framework is required.
- Salary based on experience, in the range of 40k€ - 45k€ gross per year.
- Initially based in Pamplona, Spain (6 months), with the possibility of remote work.
- Flexible time schedule, including 7 hours per workday in the summer and Fridays all year long.
The hiring process will consist of three steps: a personal interview and professional test, an interview with your direct manager, and a final interview with a company partner.
