Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Galicia and Asturias. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key regional regulatory stakeholders
  • Secure new product listings, promotions, and shelf placement
  • Define category strategy and management
  • Negotiate price and trade terms
  • Collaborate with oncology clinics and trade marketing partners
  • Develop customer collaboration projects
  • Manage communication between key stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree in science and/or business
  • Advanced degree in business, bioscience, and/or law preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry at hospital level
  • Proven ability to understand and communicate scientific and economic topics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
