Responsabilidades- Realizar la planificación estratégica de la colección, teniendo en cuenta la perspectiva cuantitativa y el seguimiento de la colección durante la temporada.
- Colaborar con la Coordinación de la colección en la previsión estratégica de la compra de colección en función de la previsión de venta de cada línea.
- Definir objetivos numéricos de la temporada, incluyendo objetivos de venta, envío, sobrante y margen.
- Calcular el global de la compra en coste/unidades para su aprobación por gerencia.
- Generar estudios estadísticos necesarios para anticipar la demanda necesaria para cumplir con los objetivos marcados para la CAD (beneficio, margen).
- Reformular previsiones de venta y de margen (global y por mercados) a lo largo de la temporada y proponer acciones de mejora.
- Tomar decisiones sobre promociones globales y/o por mercado para promocionar la venta.
- Realizar seguimiento de los resultados de la venta de la colección de la campaña en curso y del ranking de ventas, visitando las tiendas y proponiendo acciones que mejoren la venta en la temporada vigente y de forma estratégica para las siguientes.
- Proponer acciones de mejora de distribución y exposición del producto en tienda para mejorar las ventas.
- Seguir el seguimiento de las entradas de la colección en las tiendas y detectar posibles incidencias a trabajar con los departamentos de Compras, CMT y/o Distribución.
- Mediar entre la CAD y los diferentes departamentos implicados (Compra, Fábrica - CMT, GDP - Distribución) para solucionar las incidencias detectadas.
- Crear y desarrollar informes necesarios para mejorar la planificación y el seguimiento de la colección (picos de ventas, explosión de ventas) para poder tomar decisiones estratégicas de previsión o de corrección en la misma temporada.
- Analisar los resultados globales de la temporada.
- Colaborar en el análisis de los resultados de temporada desde varias perspectivas (venta por familia, por línea, por mercados, por canales).
- Realizar la estimación cálculo liquidación del sobrante.
- Formación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
- 4 años de experiencia en puesto similar en sector retail moda con responsabilidad de decisión sobre producto.
- Alto nivel de inglés y de Excel.
- Capacidad de recoger, buscar, analizar con rigor y sintetizar información estratégica y operativa estructurada e informal para toma de decisiones.
- Conocimiento de estudios de mercado de retail y moda para su análisis y toma de decisiones claves estratégicas sobre la colección y su aplicación práctica en el negocio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, incluyendo la capacidad de explicar de manera sencilla las claves de la colección y su posible impacto en el negocio.
- Capacidad para coordinar la elaboración de planes y proyectos de negocio/operativos.
- Conocimientos de creación de presupuestos de compra y comparativa con los resultados comerciales.
