SAP S4 HANA SD / OTC Specialist

We are looking for an expert in SAP S4 HANA SD/OTC to support us in the area of order management. As we progress in our digital transformation, we need your expertise at our company.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP S4 HANA SD/OTC processes, including order management, delivery, shipment processing, billing, and managing customer returns.
  • You will define, conceptualize, and execute order-to-cash processes within our SAP S/4HANA platform.
  • You will guide and assist stakeholders from both business and technical perspectives through regular assessments, dispensing knowledge, and offering insights into best practices.
  • You will customize and tailor SAP SD modules to harmonize with organizational workflows, including involvement in system testing, user education, and delivering continuous support.
  • You will deploy pricing procedures, sales document types, and streamline delivery processes.
  • You will maintain seamless communication between SAP SD and interconnected modules to ensure holistic business operations.
  • You will engage collaboratively with business stakeholders to comprehend, assess, and transform business requirements into functional specifications for SAP SD configuration.

Your Qualifications

  • You must have extensive experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA project design and implementation, specializing in SD functionalities like order management, delivery logistics, billing, and returns processing.
  • You must have a proven track record in legacy system replacement and greenfield ERP deployments within agile teams.
  • You must have advanced SAP S4/HANA customization skills, particularly in SD / OTC, with additional industry experience in Fashion, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
  • You must have a strong grasp of end-to-end processes, user experience design, and IT landscapes, enabling effective solution development.
  • You must be proficient in translating business requirements into epics and stories, with proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and SharePoint, alongside Microsoft Office.
  • You must be a collaborative team player with a structured and analytical work approach, proficient in English, with German skills as a bonus.

Benefits

Our salary package includes an attractive annual salary of approximately €85,000, reflecting the senior level of this position. Additionally, you will receive 30 days of vacation, individual training for your personal development, and hybrid working arrangements that provide flexibility.
