About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality campaigns, providing excellent client service, and staying up to date with industry trends. As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant at Merkle, you will be considered an expert by your peers and clients in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute campaign deliverables with competence and confidence.
- Offer practical advice regarding campaign lifecycle decisions for both peers/colleagues and clients.
- Provide training sessions and support workshops for junior team members.
- Stay on top of industry news, optimisation techniques, controls, measurement, DPA, and privacy, GDPR.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a good knowledge of campaign automation tools and a minimum of 2 years experience with SFMC. You should have 3+ years experience in the field of CRM campaign management and be able to own and complete multiple complex campaigns to the highest standard. Additionally, you should have proficiency with understanding data, knowledge of HTML, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as private medical insurance, company pension, life insurance, and other corporate benefits. You will also have access to courses, textbooks, and mentorship through Merkle University, and have the opportunity to contribute to innovation projects and develop our Salesforce practice area.
