Your Role
As a Hands-on Solution Architect, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion.
- Leading the architecture and design of scalable, robust solutions to meet business requirements.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
- Developing and maintaining a technology roadmap.
- Defining and enforcing best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Leading adoption and integration of AI tools and models capabilities for our Agents.
Your Skills and Experience
As a Hands-on Solution Architect, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, as well as database systems and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Generative AI tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
- Working with machine learning algorithms and concepts, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
