About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist with Norwegian language skills to join our client's team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to business clients on their online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to business clients on their online advertising campaigns
  • Work with an assigned portfolio of new clients to develop their online advertising campaigns
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls and assist them with their PPC campaigns

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and a good command of English
  • Previous experience in sales and/or online advertising role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

What We Offer

  • Permanent contract with a starting basic salary of €25,500 per annum plus uncapped commission
  • 39 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona, with the option to work from home a few days a week
  • Fantastic relocation package, including flight to Barcelona, airport pickup, and 4 weeks' accommodation on arrival
  • Relocation bonus of €600 paid in the second month
