Salary: We are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.

Job Description: As an Airport Team Leader at Jet2 Holidays, you will be responsible for leading a team of Airport Customer Helpers in delivering outstanding customer service to our passengers. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless airport operations and enhance our customers' holiday experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Airport Customer Helpers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth airport operations
  • Manage flight disruptions and customer escalations using in-house digital systems
  • Create and issue monthly rosters in line with SLAs and budget
  • Host weekly meetings, deliver training, and conduct individual performance reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. You will also require strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in using in-house digital systems.
