About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our R&D Centre of Excellence for Passive Fire Protection. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our manufacturing plants worldwide, ensuring the production of high-quality intumescent products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage formula changes for intumescent products, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Conduct and lead annual audit testing, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist in production troubleshooting and complaint investigations, providing timely solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement training programs for internal stakeholders, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Scale up new products from laboratory to factory, ensuring seamless transition and quality control.
  • Obtain approval and certification for new factories, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience in technical studies (e.g. Chemistry or Engineering).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and upper management.
  • Experience in root-cause investigations and problem-solving.
  • Validated English skills, both verbal and written.
