Job Title: Service Tech Fire Detection

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician - Fire Detection to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales engineering team, you will provide technical support for our fire detection business portfolio, including addressable and conventional fire detection systems, PAVA systems, and relevant accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product support to customers and sales teams, utilizing JCI fire detection software tools to deliver solutions to site and satisfy customer requirements.
  • Communicate with consultants, designers, project managers, and end-users to advise and support projects, applying solutions according to international codes and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, inside sales, marketing, training, and R&D teams to drive sales and growth initiatives in the ES region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or relevant experience in the fire detection industry.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in fire detection industry.
  • Good level of English and Spanish.
