About the Role

ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Therapy Development Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for raising awareness and driving sales of our Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator (WCD) LifeVest in the Andalucía Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Increase awareness and sales of the WCD LifeVest by visiting hospitals and speaking to physicians about the risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) to promote prescriptions.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and provide upon request an action plan for targeting new customers where awareness is low, and create a trustful and long-lasting network of potential prescribers.
  • Product Training and Support: Plan and execute product trainings and introductions for physicians and hospital staff, and provide patient support services including patient fittings and technical support hotline.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Report activities and progress in regular intervals, and monitor patients in an online network for discussion with physicians.
  • Conference Participation: Participate, network, and advertise on relevant national and international Cardiology conferences as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Participate in product and sales training in preparation for sales and marketing activities, and support therapy development in other regions across Spain when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or graduate in health sciences.
  • Experience: Profound sales experience in the medical device industry, with direct prior experience in Cardiology, Interventional cardiology, or Electrophysiology.
  • Skills: Good command in both written and spoken English, motivated, independent, proactive, respectful, team-oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills, goal-oriented thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach.
  • Travel and Remote Work: Prepared to travel frequently, and for a remote working environment.
