About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with high-priority inbound leads to cultivate and qualify them. You will communicate with director-level and above prospects to understand their business needs, key initiatives, budget, and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads to capitalize on prospect interest in Gartner
  • Assist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases to accelerate sales opportunities and drive growth for the Become a Client Channel
  • Execute email outreach and make outbound calls to enrich prospect information and experience
  • Utilize internal tools and work with the Territory Management team to route leads appropriately
  • Deliver a summary of the opportunity and client needs/expectations with aligned business partners
  • Coordinate and partner with sales executives to progress leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Leverage internal CRM and engagement platforms to track opportunities and completed sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of business experience - experience in the information technology space is a plus
  • Telephone sales and persuasiveness skills
  • Project management skills
  • Computer skills with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong will to win and executive presence
  • Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
