About the Role
Tillster, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical and technology-centric programs and projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing moderately complex technical projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of technology solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with product, sales, account management, marketing, engineering, and technical support teams to deliver technology solutions
- Document and report project scope, deliverables, timeliness, critical paths, change control, and risk mitigation
- Liaise with internal program/project executive sponsors and other stakeholders

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical project lead role
- Strong technical and technological aptitude, with experience in engineering and IT computer systems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to build buy-in and drive results
- Ability to work in an Agile/SCRUM environment and collaborate with software engineering teams
