About Adler Pelzer Group

We are a leading global supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation for the automotive industry, with over 15,000 employees at approximately 100 production and engineering sites. Our Financial Centre of Excellence in Zaragoza city is a new addition to our organization, and we are seeking an accountant with fluent English and Spanish to join our General Ledger team and Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables Team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Financial Centre of Excellence Accountant, you will be responsible for managing general booking, supporting and participating in month-end closing operations, and supporting time and schedule. You will also determine and communicate month-end accruals for all topics, support pensions, tax, and deferred tax booking and reconciliation, manage and implement account reconciliations, controls, and compliance, and analyze and justify P&L and BS account balance.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a finished degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a similar field, and practical experience in accounting and finance administration (minimum 3 years). Experience from a large multinational, ideally automotive or other manufacturing company, is advantageous. SAP knowledge is also a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish or French is required, and experience within a Shared Service environment is beneficial.
