Job DescriptionCIRCONTROL is a dynamic company that provides innovative solutions in the world of mobility and recharging for electric vehicles. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion, offering an exceptional opportunity for professionals to develop their careers in our R&D center, located in Viladecavalls (Terrassa, Barcelona), in a unique environment surrounded by nature.
We are seeking a highly skilled FW/SW Technical Director to lead our technical guidance, define the company's technology strategy, and promote the development of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership, innovation, and mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define and promote the company's technology strategy and guidance.
- Monitor and define the technological scope of projects to be developed in Circontrol.
- Ensure projects are completed within set costs and deadlines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to areas that require knowledge and evolution of Circontrol products or those of its competence.
- Monitor and reorient the technological dynamics of R&D and Industrial areas.
- Participate in technical committees, conferences, and fairs, both nationally and internationally.
- Coordinate with other group companies.
- Participate in the resolution of non-quality incidents of special relevance.
- Lead strategic projects or those of particular technological complexity.
- Practice participatory leadership of teams, aligned with the company's culture and values.
- Promote the professional development of the team under your responsibility.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, using equipment properly, and seeking safe and environmental conditions.
