We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst - Contracts to join our team at Agilent. As a key member of our Contracts Business Process Organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective contracts programs that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret contract requirements by working with Agilent's legal, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate requirements and provide recommendations for contract template modifications and development of new templates.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contract templates and other agreements.
- Implement contract modifications and new programs in various platforms, such as the Contract Life Cycle (CLM) system.
- Ensure effective communication across functions and keep management informed of progress, key issues, and changes that may impact the business.
- Initiate innovative designs and simplifications for contract templates and other processes.
- Provide consultancy on contract templates and CLM programming.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in developing strategic solutions, programs, and project plans.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate different requirements and develop simple global solutions.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation skills (written and oral).
- Experience with Coupa - CLM and SAP ECC module highly desirable.
- Excellent project/program management capabilities to ensure timely delivery of results.
