Logistics Sourcing Business Partner

Nordex Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Sourcing Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and collaborating with the sourcing team to achieve Main Run Logistics Sourcing department goals.
Responsibilities- Lead the performance of Logistics Sourcing under scope for Main run transportation.
- Act as a business partner to the Sourcing function, working closely with the VP of Global Logistics Sourcing and respective area responsibles.
- Support annual budget planning and analysis of forecast, including risk and opportunity calculation and tracking, in connection with the group P&L.
- Manage Cost Center controlling for Logistics.
- Assist with Deputy tasks within the Sourcing Controlling department.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or Business Management, excellent MS Excel and SAP skills, and experience in controlling. Strong analytical skills, a quick comprehension, and a structured way of working are essential. A high level of reliability in deliverables and pragmatism in solution development are also required. Pragmatism in the development of solutions, assertiveness, and the ability to prepare complex relationships for decision-making are must-haves. Careful operation even under time pressure is also expected. Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary.
