Job Description: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving support issues from a global mission-critical customer base, specializing in NonStop systems technologies and solutions for Nonstop technology. You will develop strategies and procedures to improve performance of customer environments and perform root cause analysis and provide post-incident reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, SQL, and Java is highly desirable. Additionally, knowledge of Unix, Linux, and cloud computing is required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
