Principal Responsibilities of this Position

The Project Manager in charge of Partners Activation within the EurovisionSport.Com team will be reporting to the Director of Business Operations & EurovisionSport.Com. The Project Manager will be managing and optimizing relationships with EBU Members and Sport Federations, ensuring the effective performance of joint collaboration to grow audience on Eurovision Sport. Working with the EBU Director of Business Operations & EurovisionSport.Com, senior management and other relevant stakeholders, including the acquisitions, editorial, commercial and digital teams – they will develop and deliver a strategic plan for Eurovision Sport. The Project Manager Partners Activation of EurovisionSport will have the overall responsibility to define and implement relevant actions to optimize the collaboration with relevant partners, develop the promotion of EurovisionSport's offer and ultimately grow the audience.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Extensive Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience, ideally within the sports marketing industry.
  • Project & Account Management Expertise: Solid expertise in project management, account management, and rights delivery.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Marketing & Brand Insight: Strong grasp of marketing and brand principles, with hands-on experience in executing strategies for sports and/or entertainment brands.
  • Performance Under Pressure: Thrive in high-pressure environments, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
