Your Mission

As the Head of People Business Areas, you will play a critical role in aligning our HR strategies with our business objectives. This includes cultivating a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Global HR Strategies

Develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives that support the goals and growth of our business areas, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Lead and Manage People Function

Lead and manage the People function in our business areas, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Partner with Senior Leadership

Partner with senior leadership and business area heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

Drive Employee Engagement

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning efforts across our business areas.

Ensure Diversity and Inclusion

Ensure effective implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace.

Oversee Global HR Operations

Oversee global HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across our corporate and affiliate locations.

Monitor and Analyze HR Metrics

Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
