Job Title: Global Supply Planner

Puig Deutschland Gmbh is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a diverse portfolio of luxury brands across various categories. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Planner to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of finished and semi-finished products in our global network, meeting quality, cost, stock levels, and service requirements. This will involve analyzing demand plans, order portfolios, stock policies, production capacity, and critical materials availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define global inventory policies aligned with manufacturing batch policies
  • Agree inventory policies and replenishment principles with local supply planners
  • Calculate Distribution Requirements Plan (DRP) for Puig stock locations, considering local sales forecasts and finished products stock policies
  • Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) for own or third-party production, considering demand plans, finished product stock policies, and manufacturing/purchasing policies
  • Run Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to adapt MPS results to manufacturing and key suppliers capacity, identifying capacity risks
  • Evaluate alternatives and establish contingency plans to guarantee key reference availability
  • Co-lead global operational Sales & Operation Plan (S&OP) meeting, providing information on availability risks, capacity constraints, materials requirements, and obsolescence
  • Maintain stock levels in third-party and Puig locations, in agreement with Group Policies
  • Reduce stocks of obsolete materials or low rotation, analyzing and proposing reusability alternatives
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in inventory management, production planning, and capacity planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills, are essential for this role.
