This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Amazon team as a Risk Operations Manager, Account Health Support. As a key member of the Account Health Support (AHS) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business partners and driving growth for Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage a team of 5-15 AHS Risk Specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to drive individual and team performance goals.
- Implement Performance Goals: Develop and implement performance goals, monitor progress, and evaluate against pre-set targets, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
- Partner with AHS Program Management: Collaborate with AHS Program Management to execute daily staffing plans, identify and report significant volume and capacity changes, and make adjustments to ensure staffing requirements are met.
- Maintain a Positive Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Manage multiple high-visibility and complex cross-functional projects, resolving conflicts and assessing the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Business Proficient Fluency: Possess business proficient fluency in both written and verbal English and German, French, Italian, or Spanish languages.
- Previous Experience in Direct People Management: Have previous experience in direct people management, possessing essential leadership traits.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment.
- Ability to Analyze Data: Demonstrate the ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision making and problem solving.

- Strong Prioritization and Time Management Skills: Possess strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
