Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office team in Marbella, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery and meeting business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Facilitate Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and daily stand-ups.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven track record of managing projects involving machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools.
