Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead our project management initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of new features that embody our company's vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, Agile methodologies, and Scrum management. They will be responsible for planning and executing projects, managing multiple teams, and ensuring that all projects meet the expectations and needs of our business partners and employees.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects of small to medium scale through all sprints/iterations and phases of the project.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature Agile capabilities for the organization.
• Ensure the development teams are embracing and practicing core Agile principles.
• Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.

Requirements
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
• European Union's legal working status is required.
